Premier Commercial announces new lease deals

FAIRFIELD — Vibrant Care will lease 3,604 square feet of office space at 1411 Oliver Road, Suite 200, in Fairfield, according to Premier Commercial. Chris Wallace of Fairfield-based Premier represented the lessor, The Shaw 1989 Revocable Trust.

Also, Roy Pippin will lease 1,987 square feet of industrial space at 260 Link Road, Suite E, in Fairfield. Inam Khan of Premier represented the lessor, Glen Krawiec, a Premier press release said.
